We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate introductions and explore opportunities for Sellers, but we do not broker deals, negotiate terms, or handle any real estate transactions.

We operate in full compliance with state and federal laws. However, due to varying state regulations regarding business brokerage, please note that in some jurisdictions, we can only introduce business Sellers to brokers and not directly to buyers.
